Nara Cuisine & Lounge: A Taste of Classy Middle Eastern Flavors in Duluth

The food was incredible and the service was excellent. We had a group of 8 folks and so 2 Nara mixed grilled meat dishes were enough and the sides were chose (that came with the entrees) were 2 Nara rice dishes (they come with 3 amazing tasty sauces) and the Brussel sprouts and cauliflower dishes - all incredible!!! Plus we pretty had all the desserts- incredible too

The experience here was off the charts. You have a comprehensive and exquisite menu, friendly and proactive staff, a wide variety of alcohol and spirits made from fresh ingredients and an ambience like none other. If you want cultural representation of the full span of the Middle East, you want to visit Nara's. I am not exaggerating, this is not your normal review. I have never been so emotionally overwhelmed by how inviting, warm, and intentional the atmosphere of this restaurant provides. Justin was well-informed, personable, available, and had that drive we have all been missing from our customer services experience for so long. The first experience we have ever had where someone was happy to us. Thank you Krista for making us excited to try new dishes and explore our palates. Hands down, you are missing out, if you are not here. Me and my partner never wanted to leave, that is just how 'at home' we felt there. First Time visiting and I must say it was very good. The service was great, the food had a lot of flavor and cooked to perfection. The salad portions were on the smaller side but super fresh. We got tabouli and Fatooch both were good. The baba ghanouch was meh. They provided a complimentary appetizer that had delicious olives, a small piece of cheese and afghani bread. We ordered the mixed grill ($120) and it was enough for 4 people. But of course we had appetizers and salads. The tea was good. We ordered the large knafe ($28) and it was decent. Only thing when knafe came we didn’t get any plates or silverware. Other than that, it was a great experience.

Celebrated Mother’s Day at Nara Mediterranean food and had a fantastic experience. The food was delicious and had a great variety of Mediterranean dishes to choose from. The ambience of the restaurant was very inviting and had a cozy atmosphere. Our server Nate provided excellent service and was very attentive to our needs throughout the meal. He was knowledgeable about the menu and provided great recommendations. The food was served promptly and was presented beautifully. I highly recommend Nara Mediterranean food for anyone looking for a great dining experience. The combination of good food, nice ambience, and great service from Nate made for a memorable evening. I will definitely be returning in the future.

Our experience at Nara was wonderful. We were seated in a lovely corner area, perfect for our birthday celebration, away from the bustling crowd. The ambiance was delightful, with a nice bar adding to the upscale atmosphere. The food was flavorful and satisfying. Our server, Nate, was attentive and ensured our dining experience was enjoyable. Highly recommended for a memorable dining experience.

Had a wonderful dinner on the rooftop patio. Hostesses were very nice. Waitress was attentive. Manager also connected with us. It was a wonderful visit! Food was excellent! Flavors were superb. Would certainly return for many reasons including service, food quality, ambience, and the belly dancer after 9pm!

I came in on a Saturday night around 9pm for a quick bite. I was seated immediately and the staff were friendly and attentive. I ordered the Mirza Ghasemi appetizer and the Chicken Barg Kabob with the Nara potatoes. They also brought out a complimentary plate with some pita and other nibblers. Everything was very good. The chicken was perfect. I didn’t try any drinks, but they have an extensive menu of options and a cool bar up front. I loved the decor and the overall aesthetic. Will come back

Absolutely love coming here! Phenomenal and authentic middle eastern food, and the drinks and desserts are delicious. I always get the tabbouleh and koobideh. They taste amazing and the presentation is impressive. The entertainment on the rooftop with hookah is great, so I always bring guests with me each time too. I highly recommend this restaurant to all that come.
